Looking after everyone’s well-being and mental health is tricky under normal circumstances but when families are forced to social distance for their own safety, it adds to everyone’s anxiety. But there are some simple exercises/activities that you can carry out that can make a lot of difference to how you feel. We have provided some well-being tips that are suitable for children in Key Stage 1 and 2 that may be of help.
